By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”), including any additional policies referenced herein. If you transact on the Platform, you shall also be subject to the policies applicable to such transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, or

  • INR 1,000.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or technical failures.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
