To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the greater of:

12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or technical failures.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
